$1.1 Million Dollars Settlement for Injured Stevedore Involved in Car Accident

The Plaintiff suffered a shoulder tear requiring arthroscopic surgery following a car accident on I95. During the crash, the Plaintiff was stopped for traffic when he was smashed from behind by the Defendant driving a large tractor-trailer rig.
