Born and raised in New York, Dominick L. Serio knows what it takes to fight for each of his clients. Mr. Serio graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in political science. He later moved to Miami and attended law school at The University of Miami School of Law.

While in law school, Mr. Serio received a scholarship and made the Dean’s list for his academic excellence. Mr. Serio clerked for the Honorable Bronwyn Miller at the Third District Court of Appeal and interned with highly reputable law firms in Miami. Mr. Serio was also an executive board member of the Federal Bar Association while in law school, and an active member in various law societies. After graduating law school, Mr. Serio started his career as a public defender at the Miami-Dade County Public Defender’s Office.
As a public defender, Mr. Serio was assigned to a sub-division of the felony unit. He diligently fought for indigent clients which resulted in charges being dismissed or his clients being released from custody. Mr. Serio established a passion for courtroom advocacy and fighting for those in need. After dedicating himself to public service, Mr. Serio joined Goldberg & Rosen, P.A. As part of the Goldberg & Rosen’s team, Mr. Serio is committed to fighting for his clients in and out of the courtroom. Mr. Serio is admitted to practice law in Florida.
