Originally from Huntingtown, Maryland, Brian Halley developed a strong work ethic at an early age, spending much of his time outdoors and on the water. He graduated from University of Miami in 2021 with a degree in history and political science and a minor in sustainable business. Prior to law school, he conducted environmental law research at the University of Padua in Italy, analyzing legal frameworks in both the United States and the European Union.

Mr. Halley went on to attend the University of Miami School of Law, where he distinguished himself academically and in advocacy. While in law school, he earned Dean’s List honors and received the Director’s Book Award in Litigation Skills for his promise in trial advocacy, as well as the CALI Excellence for the Future Award as the top student in his jurisprudence class. During this time, he gained practical experience working on property and estate matters at Pickett Law in Maryland and at Perry & Neblett in Coconut Grove. He discovered his passion for personal injury law while clerking at Goldberg & Rosen during his final two years of law school.
After being admitted to practice in Florida and in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, Mr. Halley returned to Goldberg & Rosen as an attorney. He works closely with managing partners Judd Rosen and Brett Rosen on complex, high-value cases involving auto negligence, premises liability, maritime claims, product liability, medical malpractice, and wrongful death. Through his experience, Mr. Halley has developed a strong understanding of how insurance companies evaluate and defend claims, allowing him to anticipate their strategies and advocate effectively for his clients. He is also a member of the American Association for Justice and is committed to holding negligent parties accountable while ensuring his clients are treated fairly.
