Detail-oriented. Loyal. Justice-driven.

Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Erika is a proud double ‘Cane. She attended Gulliver Preparatory School from kindergarten through high school before earning both her undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Miami. As an undergraduate, she double majored in Business Management and Legal Studies, with a minor in Philosophy. She remained highly involved on campus, serving as Treasurer of Phi Alpha Delta, Master of Rituals for Alpha Kappa Psi, and Chair of Fundraising for Relay for Life.

Erika’s commitment to advocacy began even before law school, when she represented foster children as a Guardian ad Litem. During law school, she served as Managing Editor of the Business Law Review, where her published comment examined legal liability in emerging AI medical devices. Focused on a future in civil litigation, she also participated in the Litigation Skills Program.

Erika gained hands-on experience through internships at Goldberg & Rosen PA during her first and second summers of law school, where she was entrusted with assisting on some of the firm’s more complex and demanding cases which helped prepare her to return as an attorney. In her final semester of law school, she served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Bronwyn C. Miller at the Third District Court of Appeal, which led to her post-graduate clerkship. At the appellate level, Erika worked on both civil and criminal matters, conducting detailed legal analysis and precise Bluebook citation review. She drafted bench memoranda, assisted with judicial opinions, and observed oral arguments, gaining valuable insight into the judicial decision-making process. Now at Goldberg & Rosen, Erika is proud to advocate for individuals and families navigating some of the most challenging times in their lives.

Deeply committed to the legal community, Erika remains active in the Miami-Dade Chapter of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers (“MDFAWL”). She has co-chaired several committees, including Law School Liaison, Health & Wellness, and Young Lawyers, and was nominated for the 2026 Leadership Academy in partnership with MDFAWL and GCWBLA.
