Born and raised in Miami, Kent Burlington has deep ties to the South Florida Community. His legal inspiration stemmed from his father, Bob Burlington, who has practiced commercial litigation in Miami for over 40 years.

Driven to Make a Difference in the Courtroom
Mr. Burlington attended law school at Florida International University, earning Dean’s List honors and excelling in his Evidence, Civil Procedure, and Secured Transaction courses. His desire to become a litigator drove him to join the Goldberg & Rosen team as a law clerk at the start of his 2L year. As a second and third year law student, Mr. Burlington worked at Goldberg & Rosen under the Rosen brothers.
Mr. Burlington has played an integral role in several large cases throughout his career and is currently litigating cases involving premise liability, products liability, automobile collisions, and wrongful death. He has developed his courtroom and trial skills at an accelerated rate with tremendous experience for a young attorney. Mr. Burlington wants to make our community a better place and help those individuals who suffer serious injury or loss due to negligence. He is fearless in achieving his goals and adding tremendous value to the Goldberg & Rosen team.
