Mustafa H. Dandashly, Esq.
Mustafa Dandashly is a Lebanese-American attorney who prides himself on devoted, thorough, and professional representation of his clients. Mr. Dandashly focuses his practice on serious personal injury cases. As an attorney in the firm’s litigation department, Mr. Dandashly is heavily involved in the firm’s federal litigation practice, as well as the litigation of wrongful death, medical malpractice, and civil rights cases. He takes a particular interest in representing seriously injured clients in maritime cases, including cases involving the Death on the High Seas Act, the Limitation of Liability Act, and the Jones Act.
Mr. Dandashly is a graduate of Florida International University College of Law. While in law school, Mr. Dandashly was a member of the FIU Law Review. He also worked for General Electric at GE’s Global Research Center, with a focus on patent and trademark issues for emerging technologies. Mr. Dandashly obtained his undergraduate degree at the University of South Florida and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in political science.
Mr. Dandashly is admitted to practice in Florida and in the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
