Mark Lopez-Trigo, Esq.
Born and raised in Miami, FL, Mark takes pride in his connection to the community he grew up in. Mark graduated from Belen Jesuit Preparatory School prior to attending Florida International University, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Communications. He then attended law school at the University of Miami School of Law with a Dean’s Merit Scholarship. During law school, Mark earned Dean’s List honors and was an active member of the Charles C. Papy, Jr. Moot Court Board. Mark competed at the Kaufman Memorial Securities Moot Court Competition at Fordham Law, where ranked amongst the top 5 advocates in the competition. He also excelled in Miami Law’s renowned Litigation Skills program, where he earned multiple honors distinctions and the Marco A. Vazquez Memorial Scholarship for trial advocacy.
After graduating law school, Mark started his career as a prosecutor for the Miami-Dade County State Attorney’s Office. As a prosecutor, Mark handled several hundred cases including DUI, Battery, Grand Theft, and Armed Drug Trafficking charges. During his time as a prosecutor, Mark established a true passion for the court room and fighting for victims of crimes. After his time at the State Attorney’s Office, Mark joined Goldberg & Rosen, P.A. with a continuing goal to serve his community and the less fortunate. As a part of the Goldberg & Rosen team, Mark zealously advocates for his clients in and out of the courtroom.
Mark is admitted to practice law in Florida and in the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
