Judd G. Rosen was invited to be a participant and key speaker in the 2013 Dade County Bar Association Mock Trial Event. The event regularly hosts the most prolific and successful trial attorneys in town. Although Mr. Rosen was the youngest speaker to participate, his direct examination of the plaintiff’s expert witness, [for the mock trial], was one of the most compelling and exciting. The event was observed by over 100 local attorneys and after Mr. Rosen performed his direct examination of the expert witness, he was able to take questions from the crowd which included many of the opposing counsels from his current pending cases. Attached you will find a newspaper clipping of the event. Certainly, this was a successful day for the Goldberg & Rosen firm, as we were able display some of our talents and modern day touches to the age old profession of being a trial lawyer.
