Nestor E. Menendez, Esq.

Nestor E. Menendez focuses his practice on personal injury/wrongful death, product liability, medical malpractice, and aviation and maritime tort law. Nestor represents clients at both state and federal levels.

Born and raised in Miami, Nestor had the fortune of watching Miami develop from a small vacation destination into the international metropolis that it is today. Participants are selected from a wide range of top law schools throughout the United States with the goal of granting the participants the opportunity to prepare and present oral arguments in Federal Court. Additionally, Nestor was an active member of the Charles C. Papy, Jr. Moot Court Board and competed in the Herbert Wechsler National Criminal Moot Court Competition. Upon graduating from law school, Nestor served as judicial clerk to the Honorable Jacqueline Becerra, Magistrate Judge for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
