Tyson Kutner was born and raised in Miami, Florida and spent a significant amount of time in Islamorada of the Florida Keys. He graduated from Gulliver Preparatory High School in 1997. After earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Barry University, he went on to graduate with a Master’s Degree in Business from Everest University. Before pursuing a career as a trial attorney in Miami, Mr. Kutner worked with Fortune 500 companies and was involved with negotiations for over 85 million dollars. Mr. Kutner litigates cases primarily involving catastrophic injury and death in venues throughout Florida. Mr. Kutner’s personal philosophy of advocacy for those in need is to protect innocent victims while also making sure the same type of accident doesn’t happen to another. Mr. Kutner is an active member of the Dade County Bar Association and the American Bar Association and he prides himself on transparency, integrity, and an intense work ethic.

Mr. Kutner enjoys free time with his family and enjoys hobbies such as sportfishing, high performance boating, camping, 4x4 off-roading, scuba diving, traveling, SCCA racing, air-boating, snow skiing, and performing community service.
