Zahyly Chavez is one of the most valuable members of the Goldberg & Rosen family. She has been with the firm for years and has been the bedrock of the Pre-Litigation Department for quite some time now.
Zahyly Chavez was born and raised in Havana, Cuba. She received a superior level of education in Cuba, where she studied law at The University of Havana, the most prestigious educational institution in Cuba. She came to this country in 2005 with her family in hopes of reaching the American dream. In virtually no time at all, Zahyly mastered the English language and immediately assimilated herself into the culture of the South Florida community. She is a proud resident of Miami-Dade County and is proud to raise her family here.
Zahyly began working as a file clerk. It wasn’t too long before her dedication and capabilities earned her a position as a legal assistant. Since then, Zahyly continues to excel in the Pre-Litigation Department. She is known for her uncanny ability to tackle complex issues in all sorts of personal injury claims. Zahyly assists the attorneys at Goldberg & Rosen with the preparation of demands and ensuing negotiations with insurance companies.
Zahyly has helped hundreds of clients achieve optimal settlements and her work in the firm is considered indispensable. Zahyly represents the type of success story that makes this community, this country, such a wonderful place to live in.
