Judd was recently appointed as co-lead counsel in the Tragic Surfside Building collapse case. While litigating that case he obtained, for the victim's families, the largest negligent security settlement and the largest single incident settlement in Florida history. The Security company that Mr. Rosen prosecuted paid 517.5 million dollars into the 1.2 Billion dollar settlement fund. 

As a trial lawyer, it is my duty to stop powerful insurance companies and big business from abusing the rights of individuals. I was born and raised in Miami, and I am the product of parents that are public school teachers. As was instilled in me from birth, it is my obligation to fight for the underdog and less fortunate.

Ms. Santana earned her bachelor’s degree from Florida State University where she double majored in Political Science and International Affairs and minored in Political Philosophy. While in undergrad, Ms. Santana was president of her pre-law organization, Phi Alpha Delta.

Mustafa Dandashly is a Lebanese-American attorney who prides himself on devoted, thorough, and professional representation of his clients. Mr. Dandashly focuses his practice on serious personal injury cases. 

Born and raised in Miami, Kent Burlington has deep ties to the South Florida Community. His legal inspiration stemmed from his father, Bob Burlington, who has practiced commercial litigation in Miami for over 40 years.

Ms. Ortega is a Miami-native with deep roots in the Hispanic community. After graduating from Saint Brendan High School in 2005, Ms. Ortega enrolled in Florida International University where she was an active member of the Phi Kappa Phi Academic Honor Society and the Delta Epsilon Iota Academic Honor Society. 

Mr. Thomas is a skilled trial attorney dedicated to advocating for individuals and families in personal injury, medical malpractice, premises liability, and wrongful death cases. He currently litigates and tries cases at Goldberg & Rosen, P.A., bringing a wealth of courtroom experience and a proven record of success.

Patricia Yeatts has worked at Goldberg & Rosen since 2006. She worked her way from receptionist to paralegal, through law school and is now one of the firm’s most respected attorneys. While in law school Patricia also interned with the City Attorney of Coral Gables and proved to be an invaluable research assistant.

Anthony Sariol began his pursuit to becoming a lawyer as a 14-year-old file clerk. Mr. Sariol spent his childhood observing his mother, a legal secretary, and lawyers she worked for come together to make miracles happen for clients. The practice both fascinated and propelled him to pursuing a legal career at Goldberg & Rosen.

Born and raised in Miami-Dade County, Angel Leyva learned the value of hard work at a young age. While attending G. Holmes Braddock Senior High School, he worked nights at McDonald’s. Following high school, Mr. Leyva was hired as a file room clerk at Goldberg & Rosen, P.A. 

Jana Chebat is one of the hardest working, most dedicated lawyers in South Florida. She has extensive legal experience in cases involving severe personal injuries, medical malpractice, products liability, and wrongful death. 

A Miami native, Jorge Simon graduated summa cum laude from Florida International University and cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law, making the Dean’s List consistently. He also distinguished himself interning for Judge Lisette Reid of the U.S. Southern District of Florida and Judge Bronwyn Miller of the Florida Third DCA, where he deepened his command of state and federal law.

Born and raised in New York, Dominick L. Serio knows what it takes to fight for each of his clients. Mr. Serio graduated from the University of Connecticut in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in political science. He later moved to Miami and attended law school at The University of Miami School of Law. 

Adam Bernstein is a personal injury attorney with extensive trial experience who combines prosecutorial insight and courtroom precision to pursue meaningful justice for injured clients.

Ms. Clark brings a diverse litigation background to Goldberg & Rosen, with experience spanning both plaintiffs’ and defense work in complex civil matters.

Precious Chavez is a Personal Injury attorney where she brings a powerful combination of public service experience to maximize the recovery for her clients as they navigate the most challenging moments in their lives.

 He graduated from University of Miami in 2021 with a degree in history and political science and a minor in sustainable business. Prior to law school, he conducted environmental law research at the University of Padua in Italy, analyzing legal frameworks in both the United States and the European Union.

Ms. Hurdle is a passionate and skilled advocate devoted to representing individuals and families whose lives have been altered by negligence.

In loving memory of Glen Z. Goldberg, who passed away on August 14, 2023. His absence leaves an irreplaceable void in the South Florida Legal community. Glen's enduring legacy is exemplified by the Goldberg and Rosen P.A. Law Firm, that he co-founded early in his illustrious legal career.
