The great Martin Luther King, Jr. once said, "Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere." As a trial lawyer, Mr. Rosen has made it his life's work to protect his client's and the community from injustice. Mr. Rosen's work consists of helping the victims of tragic accidents whose rights might be adversely affected by large corporations everywhere.
Mr. Rosen was born and raised in Miami Dade County. He has been exposed to the life of a trial lawyer since he was a junior at Miami Palmetto Senior High School. In high school Mr. Rosen was a two sport athlete, Basketball and Football, but still managed to spend his free time working as an assistant to Glen Z. Goldberg.
Mr. Rosen went on to obtain a Bachelor's degree in Business from Florida State University. Specifically, he majored in Marketing, which has provided him with the tools to communicate and connect with persons in the local community. Mr. Rosen earned his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Nova Southeastern University, where he was an active and founding member of the Association of Trial Lawyer's of America (ATLA).
Throughout law school, Mr. Rosen worked more than thirty (30) hours per week for Goldberg & Rosen, P.A. During this time he prepared and participated in obtaining three (3) successful verdicts which were valued at over Five Hundred Thousand dollars.
As a lawyer, Mr. Rosen has had instant success. Within a month of becoming a lawyer, Mr. Rosen assisted in obtaining a Six Million dollar verdict ($6,000,000.00) in a wrongful death action. Mr. Rosen also helped two of his severely injured clients when he participated in the negations that resulted in a settlement for 1.64 million dollars.
The Rosen family has a strict policy, "take nothing for granted, and earn every inch of the way." Therefore, as he does for all of his clients, Mr. Rosen will fight long and hard to insure justice.
